Hi Christophe,

    I want to put a bright gray color on the background of every
    'verbatim' environment of my texinfo file for the PDF output. Is it
    possible to do this in the header of the texinfo file?

Sorry, there is nothing in texinfo.tex to let you put in backgrounds.
