    texi2pdf  filename.texi

That command should do the job.  Do you have TeX installed?

In any case, there should be some kind of output from running the
command.  If all else fails, you can run
  texi2pdf --debug filename.texi
and there will be lots of output.  If you can send that along, there
should be some kind of clue in there to help us figure out what is
happening.
