Hi. I can control headings in my PDF target with
@headings off
@everyheading @thischapter @| @thispage @| @today{}
@everyfooting @thischapter @| @thispage @| @today{}
after the @end titlepage. Works great. What controls the headings (navigation
bar) or even a footer
in the HTML output? I have tried many things to no avail.
