Which distribution do you use?

I tried methods 1), 2) and 3) on Fedora 20 and Ubuntu 12.04, and I
didn't notice any margin changes in the PDF output.

On Fedora 20, I have the following versions:

* texlive-2013-4.20131226_r32488.fc20.x86_64
* texinfo-tex-5.1-4.fc20.x86_64

On Ubuntu 12.04.2 LTS, I have the following versions:

* texlive-base 2009-15
* texlive-binaries 2009-11ubuntu2

Can you send me the sample PDFs that you generated with and without
the \internalpagesizes command option?

Thanks!

SK
