"@setchapternewpage odd" adds blank page, if necessary, to move
chapter page to the right-hand page. The result in case of Emacs
manual is ~684 pages of output PDF, instead of 655. With "@headings
double" I end with 655 pages, because it allows new chapter pages to
be on left-hand pages.
