Fair enough, that makes sense. In that case, @vtable/@ftable should probably also place it's indexing anchor above its @item (see, for instance, https://gnu.org/s/automake/manual/html_node/Optional.html#index-AC_005fCANONICAL_005fHOST ). -- Arsen Arsenović
