`CONTENTS_OUTPUT_LOCATION' set to `separate_element'. I export to HTML and the TOC page looks as follows: --------------------- [Contents] --------------------- ... CONTENTS HERE ... --------------------- [Contents] --------------------- Notice how the top and bottom navigation panels are not useful, as the user is looking at their target. Thus, I have two questions: - Why is this the default behavior? - How can I replace [Contents] with [Top]? (*) (*) [Top] would be useful in this situation. P.S. I am not a subscriber, so please CC.
