The judge had given a six week term after the state secretary's decision to allow parties the chance to appeal to his decision. This appeal will be filed this week, and probably serve next week, the beginning of November. This means that Morgan isn’t allowed to be transported at least until then.
We think the judge will h...ave a hard time granting the Dolfinarium this special permission, especially given the fact that they never lived up to their promise (made in that same court) that they’d give Morgan more space and allow her to socialize with the dolphins present. Our aim is still to convince the judge that she should be transported to start her rehabilitation as soon as possible, so she can eventually live with her family.
