All,
Just to be clear: the outline is suggestive. while writing, keep order
of presentation in mind, and suggest changes where appropriate. I went
with the methodology of the first MSIP in that we can present the
results from previous work first, and reference later sections where we
describe in more detail that techniques.

A skeletal .tex file
<https://github.com/david-deboer/msip2016/blob/master/fullproposal/proposal_2016.tex> for
the proposal is in Dave's github:
https://github.com/david-deboer/msip2016 in the fullproposal folder.
If you don't have access, email Dave.<http:///>
*When you write your section, please push your text to the github. *If
you're having problems, you can send me your LaTeX.
Also in that github are this round's preproposal
<https://github.com/david-deboer/msip2016/blob/master/preproposal/preproposal_2016.tex>and
last round's full proposal.

may find it helpful to borrow heavily from that work.
*Finally, first drafts of the text are due by Wednesday morning. *
