Hi -

We’ve got one more coming from the Penn group, Immanuel Washington (cc’d), to
work on M&C. How do I pay for his lodging, and can he be included on any side
threads about car pooling? Thanks!

Hi everyone,

I've been making progress finalizing arrangements with the Craigville Retreat
Center, and I think we can reliably say that this meeting is confirmed. A few
more details with regard to logistics:

The retreat center is a ~90 minute drive from both Boston and Providence.
Since Boston is a much larger airport, I presume many of you will want to fly
into there. Some effort to arrange carpools should be made, as there is
limited parking on site. The arrival at the retreat center is scheduled for
after dinner (~7 PM or later) on Sunday May 22. There will be no meals that
night, so you should get something to eat on the way. Departure will be before
lunch (~11 AM) on Thursday May 26. All meals on site will be provided for; if
you have dietary restrictions, you should let me know. I will need to get a
final headcount within a week or two, so please confirm (or re-confirm) with me
that you will be coming.

Cheers,

Jonathan

Hi HERA peoples,

This email is to let you know about a planned busy week in Cape Cod to focus on
calibrating data from this past observing season and getting well out ahead for
next season.
Past experience shows that large working meetings have a harder time arriving
at useful results. To keep our focus, attendance has been limited to those
currently contributing to commissioning or key development tasks. There will be
no talks, no big decisions and no tutorials.
The housing is tight but there are a couple of slots open if you want to come
pitch in or have a student that might benefit from being thrown into the deep
end. Please message Jonnie or Danny if you'd like to come.

If your name is on the list and you _can't_ come or have some uncertainty,
please let us know right away.
