Victoria'S Lavender Faerie Cookies
Ingredients
1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 TBS finely chopped lavender flowers
1 1/2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 F.
Cream butter and sugar.
Beat in eggs and vanilla; stir
in the dry ingredients until
well blended.
Drop by half-teaspoons on ungreased
baking sheet.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes, and cool
slightly on baking sheet before
transferring to plates.
