Thanks for the suggestion. Writing code to execute the sql works, but
I still wish there was a way to connect directly to the database with
a management tool like DbVisualizer. Heroku doesn't show the data
present in many-to-many join tables. In my case, I had some kind of
misconfiguration in my ActiveRecord objects and I had no way to see
what was in that table.
