When I create a new app and give it a name it may say "name is already taken." This surprised me because it means every heroku user must have unique names...?
Why can't each user have their own database of names? In other words, why can't I have the name "test.heroku.com" and some other user use the same name "test.heroku.com"? Seems like it would be easy to give every user that freedom...
