I've been thinking about building an FF extension that uses the Heroku API to provide a sort of seamless, tab-based local editor against Heroku Apps. I need to finish my actual Heroku project first, but I had been researching CodePress. It would be better to use something that would match up with Katana, though. Thanks for this.
