I mean if you can't find the BlueCloth gem in the Gems & Plugins
section and you want to install it, you can just upload it. Gems need
to be in the .gem format to upload it (as mentioned in the upload
form). I don't know if this is the most efficient way to create a .gem
file but what I do is:

1. Install the gem in a local machine.
2. Unpack it in a folder (using 'gem unpack' command).
3. Generate a gem specification in the same folder (using 'gem
specification' command).
4. Build a .gem file (using 'gem build' command).

Then upload the generated .gem file.
