I have the same problem. Sometimes the server gives a message of "Internal Server Error (nginx)" and other times "The import failed. Please ...".
Then I tried to do the upload did not work and tried to revert the last snapshot. It is not working too. Serve gives a message " We're sorry, but something went wrong. We've been notified about this issue and we'll take a look at it shortly." When I try to access the application it is showing a message of loading (Application Start) infinitely.
