Lots of you reported that Safari was not playing nice with "Create New App." Pedro fixed that today and it's deployed now.
All of the Heroku web app should be usable in any modern browser, with the one exception of the javascript text editor. But if you're doing all your editing locally, using Safari (or Konqueror or Opera or...) to access the web interface (for managing settings, data tab, logs, etc) should work just fine.
