Craig, The problem here is an issue with Thin's validation of the HTTP Set- Cookie header. We've got a fix for it that's going to deploy very soon. Still, I'd like to check out your app to look at the problem there, but we don't seem to have any user registered for the email you're using for the list. Can you provide the name your app, so I can check it out?
