I have need to run background processes on my Heroku instance.
Specifically, I need to run a Ruby script at HH:59:00 every hour. Is
this possible on the Heroku platform? I have a Blessing, but afaik, it
doesn't mention anything about a SSH account (so as to execute
commands) or anything.
