There appears to be something about the way that Heroku is configured that conflicts with applications the use the Restful Authentication plug-in. I see in the log and in the plug-in generated unit tests the diagnostic "NameError: uninitialized constant Heroku::HerokuUser".
The application seems to function correctly; but the Restful tests all fail.
