I was just about to post the same thing. It was happening since early yesterday.
When I click 'Edit', to edit my code it would say that there are unapplied migrations, so I'd click 'Migrate' a few times and then the site wouldn't ask for a login. I did this last night and the site was working again. But this morning (after not touching the site at all) I'm getting the Heroku login again when I try to load my app from a browser.
