There are a couple of different ways: 1) From the data tab in the editor, you can upload it and have the import execute automatically.
2) Push it up to Heroku via Git 3) Upload the file to your db folder from the dropdown menu in the editor's file nav. Then run the rake task to load the data. If your data file is very large, it might not work.
