Hello all,
I've _just_ started on my Heroku app (username: [EMAIL PROTECTED]).
I develop locally and git push releases to Heroku, and I just pushed
my first some migrations up, and I get this error message:
HEAD is now at 3f28aa1... Quick Tweaks
Running migrations...
rake aborted!
could not connect to server: Connection timed out
Is the server running on host "10.252.163.15" and accepting
TCP/IP connections on port 5432?

Soo... ummm... is it you, Heroku, or is it me??
