We have a relatively small app on heroku (govote.heroku.com) that powers polling place lookups via sms for the upcoming US election. We expect significant traffic on election day, but little or none before then (or afterwards). We were wondering what the default bandwidth and resource limits are -- and if we can rely on Heroku to work properly, or if we might exceed the limits unexpectedly.
