Is there a way to not have the heroku banner/logo/toolbar thing at the
bottom of the screen? I'm assuming when you have a paid account but
there is no paid accounts yet. I'd like to park a couple of my micro-
apps on Heroku and that banner's the deal-breaker. Don't mind paying
now even though it's in beta.
