Ok, so I have to create my database through migrations, and data is stored at a 
Postgresql in your servers, is this right?

Heroku does not run MySQL, they run PostgreSQL.
As far as I know, you cannot connect to an external database as the
rails database.yml is deleted and regenerated with Heroku's DB
configs.
