Hi Matt,

been experimenting with this today - jaythree I think was able to add
the gem
on the local machine then import the app via tarball.

you might want to find the gem in a repo like rubyforge then
rename .gem to
.zip or .rar extract the files and then add it one by one (good if
it's a small
gem like tlsmail, hard-core if it's something like
has_many_polymorphs ...)
haven't seen the effects since the internet was a little iffy today at
school
