I've in an "App Now Starting" loop at museum.heroku.com. The app runs fine locally, but I'm sure I've done something wrong.
I've read many of the past posts on similar issues, but they all seem to have resolved themselves or been fixed without specific explanation. Does anyone have any ideas?
