Didn't find these on the Heroku.com site anywhere, but if they're
tucked away somewhere, point me to'em.

Anyway, what are the policies for hosting on Heroku? What's allowed,
what's not? How does Heroku handle threats of a lawsuit? Etc.

For example:
Currently I've got a few niche sites that I host with Dreamhost, and
every once in awhile one of them sets someone off and they threaten to
obliterate me with a well-placed lawsuit. It never happens, of course:
most of the time it's because they've got hurt feelings and a lawyer
on retainer. Dreamhost forwards any threats of legal proceedings
directly to me, which I handle personally.

The aforementioned site is mostly about anonymously blowing off steam,
so it consists mostly of, "my employer was a jerk to me today! He told
me my dressed looked funny and" blah blah blah.

What would happen in the case of a site like this being hosted on
Heroku? What are the policies in place? Suspend domain? Forward to
webmaster?

I don't actually plan on hosting anything controversial, but the issue
came up while discussing AppEngine and Heroku, their suitability for
small "microapp"-style projects, etc.
