Corey, I apologize for the delay in getting back to you. Heroku has been experiencing some fairly explosive growth and we have just now found time to get an order for more caffeine out after getting caught up with all the requests.
I've been working on several cleanup procedures that have corrected quite a few broken applications in the last few days and it appears that yours may have been one of them as it is now working.
