At the moment, Heroku only supports one custom domain per application.
What this means is that you can only redirect domain.com OR www.domain.com
to the Heroku hosted application. Whichever one you use, it must be
configured as a CNAME to heroku.com.

I will forward this as a feature request to the developers and product
managers.
