I definitely haven't check it in.  Perhaps it was never there and I'm
thinking of my old locally installed Rails instances.  Or, is it
usually there and I really am missing the file?  Although I have data
exports, I'm hoping I don't have to re-do the database.  I literally
logged in one day and the data tab was empty.
