Mike, did you get a resolution here? The same thing has happened to my app (greenback). I tried reverting to snapshots from September, October, November, etc. long before the herokugarden move when I know the data was intact. But no matter what I do, the data tab is empty and it tells me I have pending migrations. When I run the migrations, all the proper tables are created, but empty...
