Garden Users, To streamline our support efforts, we've opened up a helpdesk for Heroku Garden at http://support.herokugarden.com. If you have any issues with your Heroku Garden app, make sure you submit a ticket there instead of emailing us or posting to the mailing list. Doing this should ensure the most accurate and timely response. The helpdesk will also be the place to find answers & solutions to frequently asked questions. We've already posted a few in the Knowledge Base section http://support.herokugarden.com/forums/27457/entries . If there's anything you'd like to see in there, go ahead and tell us via the ticket system.
In order to submit tickets, you'll need to be logged in using your existing Heroku Garden credentials. We hope you'll enjoy using the helpdesk system.
