So Pistos (http://blog.purepistos.net/) kindly uploaded a ramaze gem to his server that didn't output any post-install message and the install worked just fine:
-----> Installing gem ramaze from http://purepistos.net Successfully installed ramaze-2009.03.11 1 gem installed -----> Verifying repository integrity... done, looks like a Rack app. Compiled slug size is 4.4MB -----> Launching...... done App deployed to Heroku So that post-install message definitely seems to be the culprit, from what I've seen. Hope this helps.
