Only way I've been able to figure out is migrating down to version 0 and then back up. However this isn't as easy as it sounds because acts_as_tsearch is doing some weird stuff which needs fixing each time it migrates.
seems like there should be an easy way to purge it instead of rebuilding whole database, just like "rake db:test:purge" Thanks!
