I changed the reference in the .gem to:
mislav-will_paginate --version '~>2.3.8' --source 'http://
gems.github.com
to no avail I get this ERROR each time when i run : heroku rake
gems:install
ERROR: While executing gem ... (Errno::EACCES)
Permission denied - /usr/local/lib/ruby/gems/1.8/cache/mislav-
will_paginate-2.3.8.gem
How do I go about the permissions issue?
Has anyone successfully installed this gem?
