Hi Heroku folks, I've got a question about the new pricing, specifically the DB storage. When you say 5MB, is that 5MB of data in the DB, or 5MB of table size on disk? i.e. do index's and unvacuumed space count in the space? Is there a way of finding out how much space we're currently using?
