Actually, since we're in the realm of feature requests here, I should mention that we've launched a new support site for Heroku.com at http://support.heroku.com . If you go there, and log in with your regular Heroku credentials you should see a Knowledge Base that includes a forum for feature requests. I'd very much encourage you to start a thread on European EC2 zoning and other features you'd like to see there. We'll provide more info on the support site in the coming days and weeks, but in general that will be the future place to go if you have support issues that need our attention.
