Hi, Sending outgoing email (via an external SMTP service) will continue to remain free. You will need to verify your account to activate outgoing email traffic by providing us your billing info. You will not be billed anything until you order actual paid services, but since email traffic carries a high potential for abuse we need some basic customer information.
As you may already have guessed from this, verification will replace blessings as the method for activating premium features (paid and unpaid).
