domaindiscover is a registry that happens to offer included DNS
services... their DNS services allow both a CNAME and an MX record for
same TLD can both point to separate places heroku/google apps.

This is, in fact, exactly how we have thumbfight.com both hosted at
heroku, and are using gmail for domains as well
