We'll be launching affiliate/reseller programs to allow this in the future. For now, it *is* possible to have multiple accounts, but it's cumbersome because you'd have to maintain a separate ~/.heroku/ credentials file for each account, and have some way of switching between them. There's also the issue of needing separate SSH keys which would mean specifying the non-default key explicitly for one of the accounts.
