Hello - I am new to Heroku and am trying to understand the resources limits imposed on *paid* accounts and apps.
Yet, I find no mention of these limits *anywhere*. Where is this information listed? Am I right in assuming that the base free (e.g. $15 for Koi) plus the cost of each Dyno together comprise a single cost, and overages on bandwidth, memory, CPU, etc. are not possible? If not, please list the limits on CPU, memory usage, bandwidth (inbound, outbound). Thanks!
