I'd like to see all of the documentation in one place (not scattered between the support knowledge base and the docs on the heroku.com website). Also, making it clear where to file "official" support requests would be nice. Better docs on how to send email is another good one. Also, the DNS configuration steps are really confusing - especially for godaddy. A really detailed step-by-step for getting your custom domain working when you have it registered on godaddy would be really nice to have.
