Hi Oren,

One of the frustrating aspects to this (at least in my case) is that
it seems to be failing silently; there's nothing in the logs, the app
just churns.  If it helps, I am using this base app:
http://github.com/dancroak/heroku_suspenders/tree/master to do the
uploads.

I'll file a formal ticket tonight with my instance name.
