Taps 0.2 activates Thor 0.9.9 (exact) and Rails 3 Thor 0.13.0. Taps 0.3.pre4 removes thor entirely, but won't talk to Taps 0.2 on Heroku. Is there a work around for loading a DB in a Rails 3 beta stack?
