Thanks, Oren. I had deleted "public/index.html" from my local directory, and then I used "git push heroku master" to replicate the updated version to the server.
However, this appears not to have deleted the file from "public/ index.html", and I cannot find any documentation on how to do so. Do I use git? Can I use an FTP client to access my Heroku app and manually delete the file? Thanks in advance for your help here!
