Forgiving my naivety of how the Heroku platform truly works, but if you sign up 
for the IP based SSL addon would you not then have an IP address that you can 
tell SagePay about? Obviously that is $100 per month, so it may not be an 
option, but I'd expect all communications to appear from that IP address, 
unless someone tells me different?
