I'm writing up a little guide for how to get a Twitter app up and running on Heroku. Before I cover old ground and slight real topics, I'm curious -- what kind of difficulties or issues have people run into while building out Twitter apps (whether or not on Heroku)? If you've built a Twitter app, what are the questions for which you wish you'd had answers at the time. If you haven't but are looking to, what are your questions now?
