I've been working on an app, for which the next step is adding an ssl cert. In all of the resources I've found and blurbs I've read, people seem to be getting their certificate through godaddy, where they have also registered their domain.
ala http://jmtame.posterous.com/ssl-certificates-with-godaddy-and-heroku (looks like this will be awesomely helpful) The powers that be want a verisign certificate, our domain is on bluehost.
